Everything at the well, the only thing that stops come here again, COMPLETE DISCRIMINATION smoking population !!!!!!!, where ever heard of for that to krilka was in the attic, but not on the floor, I certainly understand it all, God is with them even if not allowed smoking in the rooms :-(, so do the smoking room on each floor, or money to urn sorry ????? |

The hotel is quite nice - clean and cozy! Staff really very good! Moreover, personally met with the owner of the hotel - a very interesting man, and most importantly to him very easy and nice to talk to! And what a head-band and such! Hopefully, I'll come again and again! |

Nice and cozy hotel. I think that the hotel's business card - it's his friendly staff! :-) You know, just nice to go back into it. Always met with a smile, at home. And as a young man, an employee of a cafe, just won my warmth and eccentricity. :-) (For reference: I'm a lady aged, so it's not about flirting :-)) Well, thank you, St. Petersburg group! :-). |

No. 202 (June 12-15, 2010) pros-staff polite, clean! disadvantages - at last 2 evenings and the morning were problems with cold water, hot water was a tap in both directions, salted carpet in some places (or as it is called Do not know) on cigarettes and in visible places, the lack of signs on the door for the staff (do not disturb, etc.), after 12 at night the hotel is closed from the street, have to press the bell, and the input layer of the card does not work, does not start.
The hotel management: Thanks for the tip of the staff, very nice. As for the door - the door is not bridged at 12 am and 21 - 00, for hotel security and guest living in it. The call is working around the clock hotel staff supports and opens the door immediately, the rules will not change. For the carpet I'm sorry, for the period September-November will be renovated room fund, the carpet replaced. Thank you for the actual criticism! |
"Superior Deluxe" - It is no different from the standard! What has been stated in the room - half do not. Central-controlled ventilation, or "air conditioning" - it's all that? When we entered the room - there was an incredible closeness. We went down to reception and ask - is it possible turn on your system? What we were told that we have the usual stretching, and winter it serve hot air and cold in the summer ... you open the vents and air out. Room is located on the second floor windows facing the street, and there tramways and lively movement.
Internet Access - fee, 100 RUR and they give you a cable. In 202 room internet did not work. Bidet - Room no.
I do not dispute that the hotel is clean, but the price is unreasonably overpriced! |

Nice and cozy. Courteous staff. Reasonable prices in a cafe on the 1st floor + delicious food. However, there is only negative, what caught my eye. All rooms have a menu (price) cafe with a floor. Prices do not meet reality.
Respected administration of this hotel, be careful, because You are obviously cheating customers at the prices of your cafe to food. |
